How to Contribute and Obtain More Information
The ICOFoundation invites contributions from individuals, foundations, organizations and corporations to support International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) programs to enhance ophthalmic education and improve access to eye care throughout the world.
Donors are viewed as partners in the noble effort to preserve and restore human vision.
Contributions are accepted by credit card, wire transfer or check.
The ICO Foundation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code and under equivalent code provisions of the State of California. All gifts to the ICOFoundation are tax-deductible within the United States to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Contribute by Credit Card
(The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
To make a contribution by credit card, please follow these steps:
- Enter your name
- Enter the name of the organization making the contribution (if applicable)
- If your billing address is in the United States, enter the mailing address for the individual or organization making the contribution.
- If your billing address is in the United States, enter the zip code for the individual or organization making the contribution.
- Enter the email address that you would like a payment notification to be sent to. You must enter a valid email address or you cannot proceed with your payment.
- Enter the amount contributed.
- Click "Pay by credit card" to proceed with your transaction. You will be taken to a secure site in order to enter your credit card information.
