How to navigate the ICOFoundation Web site

The primary sections of the ICOFoundation Web site are listed in the sets of links on the left and in the upper right of each page. Click on any title to go to that section.

If there are subsections within a section, links within that subsection are listed in a blue box on the right. Again, click on a title to go to that page.

ICOFoundation Web site map/table of contents

A Site Map lists all of the sections and subsections and individual pages in the ICOFoundation Web site.

Click on any section or page in the Site Map to go there.

Search the ICOFoundation Web site

To search the site, type one or more in the words in the small horizontal box labeled "Search" on the top right side of every page and click the "Go" button, or press "Enter."

Other links on every page

Click on the ICOFoundation logo on the upper left side of any page to return to the Home page.

Click on the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) logo at the bottom of the main navigation on the left side of every page to go to the ICO Web site (www.icoph.org).

Link colors and style

The medium blue area outside the white contents of each page contains the primary navigation links for the full ICOFoundation Web site, which appear in orange on the left and on white on the top.

If you have a reasonably current browser, when you move the mouse over a link, the text will be underlined and will turn white. This indicates that this is a link.

Within the white content part of each page, links to other sites, to pages in this site or to other places on a page appear in blue type that is somewhat bolder than regular text.

In current browsers, when you move the mouse over a link, the text will change to lighter blue with underlining.

A link that has already been visited will show in darker blue.

Other navigational tools

All pages in the ICOFoundation Web site have links to the next logical page ("Next:...") and to the top of the page ("Top") at the bottom of the content section.

Many pages also have links at the bottom to other relevant pages ("Also see:...")

All pages have "bread crumbs" near the bottom of the content section ("You are here:...") that show the path from the Home page to that page on the site, with links to each level on the path.
